Hello, and thank you for visiting.  My name is Lisa and I am the owner of Natural Surroundings LLC.  A little about myself, I was born and raised in Sauk City, WI.  I first developed a green thumb when I worked as a laborer in a greenhouse while in high school.  I moved to Corpus Christie, TX when I was 18.  While working at The Olive Garden, I saw two ladies come in and water the plants.  I thought that would be such a cool job.  I applied and then became one of the "plant ladies".  It was then that I knew I was destined to work with plants in some capacity.  I graduated from UW Madison with a Conservation Biology degree and a Certificate in Environmental Studies.  I was hired by a landscape company directly out of college and worked my way up to be Branch Manager for 8 years.  It wasn't until May of 2013, that I decided I needed to go into business for myself.  And so here I am, doing what I love.  

I’m married to a wonderful man, Andy.  He supports me in all that I do. Together we are able to work together and make the best landscaping spaces as possible for our clients.  We had a son, Levi, in December 2014 and he is the pride and joy of our lives.  He is my motivation to be the best I can be every single day! 

Besides being the plant lady or landscaping Lisa, my other passions in life are traveling the world, camping, golf and yoga. Not in any particular order but they all fill my soul and bring joy to my life.
